Shipping

Shipping is provided by UPS. The flat rate shipping charge included in the Paypal cart covers all standard shipping. Shipping insurance is available for an additional charge.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any product*, you can return it for a full refund or credit (of the product purchase price) toward a different product. We give you 3 business days from the date you receive your product to make your decision.

Returned merchandise must be shipped within 3-days of receiving your shipment. In the instance that you want to return something, just contact us and we will assist you. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

* Note: The following items are returnable only if unopened and unused: strings, tubes, earplugs, drumheads, drumsticks, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Reeds, software/soundware, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.

Guitars can be returned only if in absolutely new condition, yet will be subject to a restringing fee if the strings show signs of wear.

Non Returnable items: Harmonicas, microphones, kazoos, opened reeds, whistles, items played with the mouth are exchangeable only if defective when received, and will not be replaced if user error is to blame.

Payments

All payments are securely handled through Paypal. An 9.75% California Sales tax is mandatory when product is sold and shipped within California.
